But I always thought it looked super boring, so I never joined in. It was more entertaining to watch them get all mad at each other instead anyway!

And then there was that weirdo gross caterpillar toy and notebooks and that butterfly knife Attentive tried to use... And Glacial got a straightjacket from it, but he gave it to me recently since I asked for it.

Why not? It's important to know what time of year it is, since there's totally amazing holidays in like, every single one of them! Like Christmas and Valentine's Day and a ton of totally unofficial but totally great other ones. I know all of them if you're interested in hearing about them sometime.

I don't really celebrate stuff like that, and whatever date it is out there doesn't really effect me. Life goes on whether I assign dates and times to it or not, you know?

We're all kind of solitary people, partying isn't really our thing. I think a couple of the others might be more into it if they were asked, but for the most part we just know each other through work. Not really friends.

she's not particularly someone who keeps people waiting on her though, so it's not too long after that she asks, tone a little subdued: ] How do you feel about sacrifices?

Making sacrifices—of the people kind—in order to get out of here. [ she... brought it up to isaac and got a "you're right but don't call it that around people and especially not at trials because it's fucked up" sort of thing. ] That's basically what Impulsive was saying, with the double doors thing. That we'll have to let someone kill someone else—or maybe more than one someone else, who knows!—and then sentence them to dying in order to keep moving.

I don't really have a problem with that. [ ...as long as she's not the victim, anyway. if there's anything the trial showed, it's that this group is a time bomb, tbh. also that no one appreciates her thorough medical report. ] There's other people who do though, but there's like, no way anyone's gonna wait to find some other option, you know? So I wanted to know how you felt about that kinda stuff. Sacrifices.
