[He enters, of course, shutting the door and sitting across from the Adjudicator, looking curious.]

Something on your mind today?

[He falls silent in that way that indicates he's trying to gather his thoughts together.]

You said, if a person were to follow through this week, that you could change something about their situation.

Does that include resurrecting the dead?

[andexecutioner]

[Oh, what's this now.]

It could include that, yeah.

You got someone you miss, then?

[myfedorarocks]

....I do, yes.

[He makes a nervous gesture, runs his hand through his hair.]

My daughter.

[andexecutioner]

[He doesn't seem off-put by the hesitation, though he does look up.]

What was she like?

[myfedorarocks]

She was a very sweet girl, very curious.

Good at math and science; she told me she wanted to be a scientist too.

[andexecutioner]

How'd she die?

[He's still playing with the marbles on that board while the conversation continues, but he doesn't seem too distracted; just giving his hands something to do.]

There was an accident.

[He... doesn't really look like he wants to get into more details than that.]

[andexecutioner]

[That gets a soft, noncommittal noise out of him, and for a moment that's all he offers; he's never really been the sort for offering condolences, probably for obvious reasons, and he doesn't seem like he's going to start now, either.]

Saving someone from death isn't easy, you know. But I wouldn't offer you "anything" if I didn't mean it, either.

[He's not expecting condolences, by his look.]

No, I don't suppose it would be.

But, if it's true...

[He doesn't sound entirely convinced, but he is talking to the person who ripped out a person's soul so he's not disbelieving it either.]

It's not really my job to give a lot of guidance about this sort of thing. You're going to do whatever you want to do.
